About the Role
We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team at Close. This role focuses on helping customers with technical support, building automation tools, and improving internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle technical support during US business hours
- →Write Python scripts for imports, data cleanup, deduplication, and reporting
- →Build internal tools that improve support efficiency
- →Assist customers with API usage, migrations, and data transformations
- →Contribute to documentation and API examples
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience with Python
- ✓Experience in customer-facing roles
- ✓Strong written communication skills
- ✓Located in US time zones
- ✓Comfortable working 100% remote
