About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Cloudflare's high-performing Sales team. This role will contribute to Cloudflare's revenue generation by delivering pipeline at scale to Sales counterparts, focusing on people, process, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

→Be the first point of contact for customers seeking solutions
→Develop customer-centric sales skills to deliver excellent customer experiences
→Learn Cloudflare’s products and services in detail
→Own and meet target quota related to qualified opportunities, response SLA, pipeline value, and revenue
→Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads
→Discover pain points and map them to Cloudflare solutions
→Work cross-functionally with stakeholders
→Report, track, and manage sales activities using SFDC
→Contribute to the creation and iteration of team processes

Requirements

✓Minimum 1 year of experience in BDR or a similar role in the technology industry
✓Experience in SaaS is preferred
✓Experience with Outreach and Salesforce is a plus
✓Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
✓Ability to work as part of a team or independently
✓Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
✓Strong interpersonal communication skills
✓Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity
✓Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms
✓Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
