About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our high-performing sales team at Cloudflare. This role will be the first point of contact for customers seeking solutions and will focus on developing customer-centric sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create excellent customer experiences
- →Learn customer-centric sales skills
- →Become an expert in Cloudflare’s products
- →Own and meet target quota related to qualified opportunities, response SLA, pipeline value, and revenue
- →Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads
- →Discover pain points and map them to Cloudflare solutions
- →Work cross-functionally with stakeholders
- →Report, track, and manage sales activities using SFDC
- →Contribute to team process creation and iteration
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 1 year of experience in BDR or similar role in the technology industry
- ✓Experience in SaaS is a plus
- ✓Experience with Outreach and Salesforce is a plus
- ✓Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- ✓Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- ✓Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- ✓Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity
- ✓Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
