About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our ASEAN customer success team at Cloudflare. This role focuses on managing and growing key customers in Singapore, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customers fully leverage our platform to achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- βServe as the primary point of contact for key customers in Singapore
- βBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical leaders
- βAdvocate for customer needs within Cloudflare and monitor customer usage and performance
- βDevelop strategic advice and guidance on leveraging Cloudflare's platform
- βWork with customers to develop and execute success plans
- βCollaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- βAnalyze customer data and provide insights to leadership
Requirements
- βStrong understanding of cloud-based technologies and application security
- βExperience in a customer-facing role within the technology industry
- βProven track record of managing large, complex customer accounts
- βAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- βExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- βStrong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- βBachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience
