About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. This role focuses on providing technical expertise and solutions to help customers succeed with Cloudflare's platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive technical discussions and implementations to help generate new business and expand existing business
- →Qualify prospect and customer use cases, discover technical requirements, lead demonstrations, and design solutions
- →Advise customers on technical best practices, implementation of Cloudflare products, and strategic guidance
- →Travel 20-50% to attend meetings, conferences, and collaborate with teammates
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go)
- ✓Expertise in internet technologies: OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, GRE, TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSL/TLS
- ✓Familiarity with Zero Trust Framework and SASE concepts
- ✓10+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role
- ✓Technical curiosity and passion for internet technology
- ✓Focus on learning, teaching, collaboration, mentorship, and growth
- ✓Project management, relationship building, and EQ skills
- ✓Good communication skills in Korean and English
- ✓Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (not strict requirement)
