About the Role
We are looking for a 3D Designer to join our team at CLO. This role focuses on empowering the next generation of storytellers in the gaming and animation industries by providing innovative tools and support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze client workflows and use CG industry knowledge to maintain and expand user relationships
- →Provide training, consultation, and support to enterprise users to maximize their use of our software and platforms
- →Create effective user training and support content tailored to client needs and local trends
- →Produce training demos and conduct public seminars and online streams for creators in China
- →Engage proactively with users, support their needs, and collect/analyze software feedback
- →Collaborate with global teams to plan and execute various projects
Requirements
- ✓5-10 years of experience in the CG or tech/startup industry with proficiency in Marvelous Designer
- ✓Understanding of CG workflows or knowledge of CG/3D software including Unreal Engine, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance, Blender, and Houdini
- ✓Creative, curious, and tech-savvy with a passion for new technologies
- ✓Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
- ✓Excellent communication skills with fluent Chinese and good English proficiency
