About the Role
We are looking for a talented Brand Designer to join the Creative team at Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer. This role involves building, evolving, and delivering the Clutch brand across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design digital assets including web pages, social media campaigns, emails, presentations, documents, and product UI elements
- →Create concept visuals, storyboards, and creative pitch materials
- →Design across multiple formats including digital, print, web, and photography
- →Contribute to brand development and ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints
- →Present creative work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders
- →Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- →Explore and apply AI tools to improve efficiency and push creative boundaries
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing, product, and brand initiatives
- →Help expand and evolve the Clutch brand with consistency, craft, and creativity
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in a design role (agency or in-house)
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print work
- ✓Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- ✓Solid understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles
- ✓Experience designing for digital platforms, including responsive design
- ✓Experience with 3D design tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and meet deadlines
- ✓Comfortable with in-person collaboration and giving/receiving direct feedback
