About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team at Coates Group, a global technology company focused on creating dynamic, smart, personalized, and engaging customer experiences. This role serves as the primary connection between customers, product, and delivery teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

→Act as the liaison between the client and Product, Software Engineering, Delivery, and Account Management
→Create features and user stories that convey the expected outcome to the product development team
→Collaborate on and bring the product roadmap to life; maintain and prioritize the product backlog
→Translate product roadmap items into features, leading design creation and documentation of product requirements and user stories
→Provide direction on development priorities, scope, and user experience for the squad(s)

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in software product development, including 2+ years as a Product Owner or Manager
✓Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
✓Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
✓Experience working with Content Management Systems, Digital Signage, or Retail/Restaurant technology is a plus
