About the Role
We are looking for a Product Advocate to join CodeRabbit, an innovative R&D company focused on human-machine collaboration systems. This role will bridge cutting-edge AI technology and developers, providing expert guidance through support channels and real-time communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, debug, reproduce and resolve complex technical issues
- →Educate customers on best product usage to maximize value
- →Setup Zoom calls with customers to resolve issues and enhance product adoption
- →Support the sales team in customer conversion and retention efforts
- →Work with developers to identify defects and opportunities for product improvement
- →Improve serviceability by testing new features and developing tools for auto-support infrastructure
- →Provide analysis of existing customer base to minimize risks
- →Define and inspire changes to the product based on customer feedback
- →Develop and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
- →Provide support on weekdays and off-hours on a rotational basis
- →Champion customers to ensure they get the most out of their investment
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ✓At least 2 years in technical support, software engineering, or customer-facing technical role
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Customer obsession and passion for delivering high-quality experience
- ✓Strong understanding of software development principles, version control systems (particularly Git), and developer tools
- ✓Proficiency in at least one programming language
- ✓Experience with code review processes and tools
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex issues
- ✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
