About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join CoderPad, the global leader in technical interview platforms. You will own the roadmap for AI-assisted code generation, inline editing, and intelligent planning modes built directly into CoderPad.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and evolve squad product roadmap from discovery through delivery
- →Lead product direction alongside design and engineering, using AI to move faster and contribute to a customer-obsessed team
- →Stay informed on the AI developer tools landscape and define success metrics for AI features
- →Engage customers to gather feedback and translate it into product decisions
- →Solve customer problems directly, sometimes through manual work before scalable solutions are built
- →Use AI tools actively in daily workflow for research, prototyping, writing, and building
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of product management at a B2B SaaS company
- ✓Experience owning technically complex products and working closely with engineering
- ✓Active familiarity with AI-powered developer tools as a daily user
- ✓Exceptional written communication skills
- ✓Self-directed and proactive approach to problem-solving
- ✓Organized, reliable async collaborator across timezones
- ✓Willingness to do things that don't scale and get into the weeds of customer problems
