About the Role
We are looking for a Web Product Manager to join our team at Codeway, a global consumer tech company with over 400M users worldwide. You will work directly with our Head of Product and Executive Team, focusing on the web experience of our Learna AI. This role involves making data-driven decisions and optimizing web funnels, user conversions, retention, and growth performance.
Key Responsibilities
- βSystematically analyze big data sets to drive product roadmaps and create impactful results
- βRe-prioritize the Product Backlog considering business priorities
- βArticulate business value to product teams and ensure understanding of new product releases
- βTake part in every aspect of Learnaβs web product, from brainstorming to launching updates
- βLead cross-functional teams from concept to launch
- βUnderstand different needs and perspectives of various teams
- βBenchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, and emerging technologies
- βIterate with A/B tests and make data-driven product decisions
- βOptimize and track monetization channels to improve LTV
- βTest ongoing tasks and ensure everything is on schedule
