About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team supporting small and medium-sized businesses. This role involves identifying qualified professionals, creating job ads, and supporting recruiters with candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source and engage with qualified candidates
- →Create, post, and optimize job ads on various platforms
- →Search for candidates using job boards and Boolean search strategies
- →Send outreach messages and track responses
- →Maintain accurate data entry in internal systems
- →Update candidate records and job postings
- →Collaborate with recruiters and leadership
Requirements
- ✓Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or staffing support
- ✓Strong research abilities and comfort working with data
- ✓Excellent written communication skills
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓High attention to detail and accuracy
- ✓Proficiency with Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, and spreadsheets
- ✓Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms
