About the Role
We are looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our global team at Cognite. This role focuses on optimizing recruitment processes and improving the use of Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end interview scheduling for virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring every candidate has a smooth, well-communicated experience.
- →Become a power user of Greenhouse: keeping candidate records accurate, stages updated, and workflows consistent.
- →Map where coordination work gets stuck today (handovers, approvals, reschedules) and propose streamlined workflows.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar role where you owned scheduling and candidate or stakeholder communication.
- ✓Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse is a major plus) and comfort navigating, updating, and learning new features quickly.
- ✓Obsessive attention to detail—dates, times, Zoom links, resume versions, and stages are always right when you touch them.
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can represent Cognite well with candidates and internal stakeholders.
