About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager with deep expertise in the German public sector and defence landscape to join our team at Cohere. This role focuses on leading our most strategic government accounts and guiding organizations through the implementation of frontier AI in secure, highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the success, adoption, and growth of Cohere’s German public sector and defence customers
- →Build deep, trusted relationships with senior German government stakeholders
- →Develop comprehensive success plans tailored to each organization’s mission and constraints
- →Guide customers through the full lifecycle of AI adoption
- →Lead secure AI implementation projects in complex German government environments
- →Serve as the voice of the German public sector and defence customers within Cohere
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting roles
- ✓At least 3-5 years working directly with German federal ministries, state authorities, or defence organizations
- ✓Proven track record of managing complex, strategic accounts
- ✓Experience leading AI/ML, cloud, or enterprise software implementations in secure environments
- ✓Deep understanding of German government technology evaluation and procurement processes
- ✓Active Streng Geheim (Top Secret) security clearance
- ✓Fluent German language proficiency
