About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team at Cohere. This role is critical in ensuring seamless adoption of our AI technology and resolving technical challenges for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- →Assist customers with integrating and optimizing Cohere’s API and tools
- →Create and update self-service resources like documentation and tutorials
- →Track and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely follow-ups
- →Share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams
Requirements
- ✓Fully bilingual in both English and French
- ✓Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or customer-facing technical role
- ✓Programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with APIs
- ✓Ability to troubleshoot and solve puzzles in ambiguous situations
- ✓Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
