Key Responsibilities
- →Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform
- →Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data
- →Experiment at high velocity to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
- →Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to production
- →Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments
Requirements
- ✓Experience working directly with customers
- ✓Extensive experience shipping Python in production
- ✓Experience building and deploying high-performance RAG/agentic applications
- ✓Strong coding abilities across the stack
- ✓Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
