About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for our company's general product lines. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product directions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the overall product strategy, roadmap, and long-term planning for the company’s general product lines
- →Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product directions and priorities
- →Make informed trade-offs and balance across trading, growth, account systems, and end-user experience to maximize ROI on resource allocation
- →Develop a deep understanding of the business model and work closely with Business, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure products are successfully launched and deliver measurable business outcomes
- →Build and lead the general product team, including hiring, developing, and performance management of product managers
- →Establish product methodologies and operating mechanisms to promote overall professionalism and delivery efficiency
- →Take hands-on ownership of critical initiatives when needed, acting as the primary accountable owner to drive resolution of complex problems
- →Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve cross-team dependencies
- →Drive decision-making in complex organizational environments and ensure product direction is not overly diluted
- →Own product outcomes, continuously track core metrics, and drive ongoing optimization
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred
- ✓8+ years of product experience, including 3–5+ years of product team management experience
- ✓Experience with complex product ecosystems; familiarity with trading products, account systems, or B2B back-office platforms is a strong plus
- ✓Ability to understand technical implementation, user experience, and business objectives simultaneously, with strong judgment and decision-making skills
- ✓Highly results-oriented, with the ability to execute effectively in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments
