Requirements
- β3+ years of BA/SA experience
- βMathematical, analytical, creative and problem-solving skills
- βProficiency in verbal and nonverbal communication
- βEffective logical thinking skills
- βPrioritisation, high focus, and self-motivation
- βExplain ideas in simple and user-friendly language
- βGood understanding of SDLC, PDLC
- βExperience in using business analysis tools, knowledge of process modelling notations
- βStrong knowledge of integration patterns and formats
- βExperience in creating data models
- βCertifications (preferred)
- βGood level of spoken and written English and Russian
