About the Role
The Digital Services organization at Visa is seeking a Product Management Consultant to develop and implement strategies for delivering digital services to clients. This role focuses on creating self-service experiences that drive client empowerment and satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on innovation in AI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the tactical roadmap, defining product and market requirements by understanding client needs and strategy
- →Establish detailed business requirements and specifications for existing and new services and products
- →Work with UX/CX team to ensure requirements translate to mockups and meet interaction and design requirements
- →Monitor day-to-day performance of platforms, analyze trends, and lead initiatives to improve customer experience
- →Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to define key milestones for development, testing, integration, design, client support, and product delivery
- →Manage post-release feature management measurement of adoption, performance, and the need for reiterations
- →Analyze data to provide actionable product insights and define product capabilities
- →Proactively identify gaps in the current product offering and lead efforts to develop solutions
- →Provide support to internal customer support teams to streamline product rollout
- →Develop concise product materials to document features and educate stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Solid exposure to AI and related technologies
- ✓Experience in product management and requirements definition
- ✓Strong understanding of client experience assessment
- ✓Ability to work with development teams to deliver product enhancements
- ✓Experience with cloud software and digital service experiences
- ✓Customer-first digital native mindset
- ✓Passion for developing digital service experiences from design to product requirements to development and client delivery
