About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a sprint-based ecommerce platform team supporting 11 real estate brands across 4 technology stacks. This role is highly execution-oriented and focused on driving measurable improvements to ecommerce performance, website experience, and platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a dedicated ecommerce sprint team operating in a two-week Agile cadence
- →Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and execution
- →Drive continuous improvement of ecommerce performance across 11 brands and multiple tech stacks
- →Serve as the primary ecommerce technology representative on the ownership committee
- →Partner closely with Engineering pods, UX and design, marketing and growth teams
- →Define and track key ecommerce metrics, including conversion rate, average order value
- →Navigate and optimize across four technology stacks
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of product management experience, ideally in ecommerce or multi-brand digital environments
- ✓Proven experience running Agile sprint teams
- ✓Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising
- ✓Experience managing complex, multi-brand or multi-platform environments
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- ✓Familiarity with modern product tools (JIRA, analytics platforms, experimentation tools)
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
