About the Role

Colliers is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role will work closely with the Finance Controller to ensure all financial management, statutory reporting, and internal controls are in place for effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• →Guide a team of outsourced accountants to provide timely and accurate book-keeping services
• →Prepare and review journal entries prepared by accountants
• →Prepare, monitor, and review accounts payable and receivable transactions and allocation/overhead journals
• →Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing, Balance Sheet review, and Profit and Loss review
• →Assist the Financial Controller in preparing monthly forecasts and annual budgets
• →Manage cashflow and liaise with the regional team for borrowing shortages or surplus repatriation
• →Prepare intercompany billings, entries, and settlements
• →Prepare monthly, quarterly accounting and tax pack submissions to the regional team
• →Prepare statistical reports as required by authorities
• →Liaise with auditors to review Financial Statements and Statutory reports
• →Prepare corporate tax reports including ECI, GST, and Corporate tax
• →Liaise with external tax advisors for tax review, submission, and transfer pricing documentation
• →Review and improve accounting and finance processes for better workflow, efficiency, and controls
• →Perform system maintenance (SUN, Concur, etc.) to ensure appropriate setups
• →Manage and supervise daily operations and performance of the team
• →Participate in the financial system integration process with the global team
• →Maintain good communication with internal and external stakeholders
• →Determine resource requirements and monitor client engagements
