About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join our team at Commure, a healthcare technology company transforming the industry with AI solutions. This role will focus on delivering seamless Scribe implementation experiences for our healthcare customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end implementation projects from contract close to go-live
- →Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status updates, and risk mitigation strategies
- →Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders during implementation
- →Partner with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback
- →Oversee system configuration, integration, and testing
- →Deliver customized training sessions for end-users
- →Gather feedback to identify areas for process improvement
- →Create and maintain implementation documentation
- →Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Mathematics, Biology, or related field
- ✓3-5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or related roles
- ✓Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- ✓Technical proficiency including data analysis and API integrations
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- ✓Ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver practical solutions
- ✓Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or medical documentation workflows
