About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR (India) to help build high-performing teams across our India operations. This hands-on role involves owning end-to-end hiring and bringing structure to our recruitment process at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, from intake to offer release
- →Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans
- →Build strong pipelines through various sourcing channels
- →Drive weekly hiring rhythms to meet targets
- →Improve hiring funnel efficiency by tracking conversion rates and time-to-fill
- →Ensure high-quality candidate experience through clear communication
- →Manage offer process end-to-end to reduce offer drop-offs
- →Maintain clean hiring data in the ATS and trackers
- →Support broader HR initiatives as needed
Requirements
- ✓2–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume hiring environments
- ✓Strong stakeholder management skills to influence hiring decisions
- ✓Proven ability to hire across multiple levels and manage multiple roles
- ✓Strong sourcing skills and comfort with structured screening
- ✓Strong execution and follow-through with high ownership
- ✓Working knowledge of ATS tools like Ashby, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or Lever
- ✓Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
- ✓Experience working in a US-facing or global setup is a plus
