About the Role
Compa is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their AI startup focused on compensation intelligence. This role will own execution of technical talent strategy across multiple open roles in software engineering, AI, infrastructure, security, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and align recruiting priorities
- →Own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing
- →Develop job descriptions, hiring plans, and screening rubrics
- →Build scalable recruiting workflows
- →Mentor peers and share best practices
- →Support CTO Leadership Team in executing hiring plans
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of recruiting experience at a growth-stage company
- ✓Track record hiring specialized technical and engineering roles
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to build talent pipelines and nurture relationships with passive talent
- ✓Experience operating as a full-stack recruiter managing all stages of the process
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Experience recruiting in HR tech
- ✓Familiarity with Ashby
