Senior Financial Analyst
We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a dedicated partner to our global General & Administrative (G&A) teams. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will act as the primary financial advisor to our People Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, IS, Security, and Executive leadership. You will support these teams through expense management and headcount planning, providing the financial insights they need to make data-driven decisions to optimize company profitability.

What You'll Do
β’ Manage expenses: Act as an integral lead in the G&A expense accrual process, collaborating with Accounting to ensure financial integrity and accurate cost capture.
β’ Own the G&A budget: Lead the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting processes for all global G&A initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
β’ Reconcile with precision: Master the details by aligning actual spend with fiscal targets to uncover the story behind the numbers and provide actionable insights into spending trends.
β’ Drive Process Improvement: Drive reporting consistency and simplification, streamlining how we track G&A performance metrics and operational spend.
β’ Leverage Anaplan: Use Anaplan for all reporting, tracking, and analysis, helping to build a single source of truth for headcount and financials for the G&A organization.
What You'll Bring
β’ The Foundation: 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, specifically focusing on expenses, headcount, and accrual-based accounting.
β’ Strategic Communication: Articulate communicator capable of distilling intricate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
β’ Technical Expertise: You are an Excel expert comfortable building robust financial models; direct experience with Anaplan for reporting and planning is highly preferred.
β’ Analytical Rigor: Strong experience with budget vs. actual reconciliation, financial reporting, and complex forecasting.
β’ Education: Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Salary Range: $80K-$95K
In accordance with Coloradoβs Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
