About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join the Confluent Sales Team. This role is responsible for selling Confluent solutions to enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and meeting quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive revenue growth in large, complex accounts and land new clients
- →Prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close sales pipelines
- →Execute strategic complex sales cycles with C-Level stakeholders
- →Become an expert on Confluent offerings and competitive landscape
- →Develop deep customer understanding to become a trusted advisor
- →Work with partner ecosystem teams to sell through the ecosystem
- →Align with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams
Requirements
- ✓Experience in quota-carrying sales roles with a focus on consumption growth
- ✓Prior experience in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise IT Solutions
- ✓Sales methodology training (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.)
- ✓Track record of success and quota attainment
- ✓Ability to articulate business value to businesses of all sizes
- ✓Experience developing and improving organizational processes
- ✓Exceptional relationship-building, customer relations, and negotiation skills
- ✓Open to travel to customer locations as needed
