Key Responsibilities
- →Work with customers to resolve a wide range of issues with their Confluent deployments
- →Contribute to process development and help lay the foundation for growing efficiently

- →Improve product documentation and author knowledge base articles
- →Contribute to internal labs to reproduce customer reported issues
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of related experience
- ✓Experience in diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving customer issues
- ✓Desire to make customers successful through direct interaction
- ✓Knowledge of core networking components of main Cloud Providers
- ✓Familiarity with identity and authentication protocols, specifically SAML and OIDC
- ✓Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as Terraform
- ✓Proficiency with command-line tools like telnet, netcat, dig, nslookup, and traceroute
