About the Role
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join Connecteam, a fast-growing startup focused on deskless work experience. This role involves owning the data strategy for a product domain and ensuring product decisions are backed by reliable data.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the data vision and KPI framework for a product domain
- →Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and prioritize initiatives
- →Design and own event-based tracking with engineers
- →Build and maintain analytical data models using SQL, dbt, and BigQuery
- →Lead A/B tests and product experiments
- →Create dashboards and visualizations for product teams
- →Ensure product data quality and trusted metrics
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst in tech/SaaS
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with SQL and analytical data modeling
- ✓Experience in product analytics, event-based tracking, and A/B testing
- ✓Experience building dashboards with BI tools
- ✓Comfortable working in version-controlled environments
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Proactive mindset and ownership
