About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join ConnectWise, a global software company that helps technology solution providers manage their businesses more effectively. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful completion and delivery of all assigned projects within specified timelines, budgets, and scope.
Key Responsibilities
- โProvides support to cross-functional teams with a high attention to detail
- โResearches, analyzes, and documents findings
- โMay coach and review the work of other team members
- โCollects and manages requirements from all stakeholders for each assigned project
- โCreates and maintains detailed business project plans and status reports
- โEnsures task lists and timelines for projects exist and are updated and reviewed
- โObtains updates from all project participants and covers the plans during calls with a special focus on upcoming milestones, missed dates, and project risks
- โOrganizes project meetings and ensures appropriate documents are prepared and updated for these meetings
- โServes as a main point of contact for various business units to ensure teams remain in synergy
- โManages project management of service offerings/launches/changes throughout implementation
- โIdentifies and presents innovative and creative service solutions
- โIdentifies business and operational requirements based upon the objectives of each service
- โCoordinates and builds strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
- โMotivates people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
- โIdentifies gaps, pain points, and opportunities for change
- โMakes recommendations based on facts and validation at a qualitative and quantitative level using multiple sources
- โMonitors internal processes for efficiency and validity during pre- and post-project execution
Requirements
- โAbility to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- โAdvanced knowledge of applicable work area
- โAbility to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement
- โExcellent communication and time management skills
- โAbility to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills
- โStrong project management and group facilitation skills
- โExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- โAbility to be proactive, with a sense of urgency
- โAbility to read, understand, and communicate technical documentation
- โAbility to work in a fast-paced environment that is continuously changing
- โBachelorโs degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- โ3+ years of relevant experience
- โPreferred: Experience in strategic planning and implementation
- โPreferred: PMP Certification
