About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team at ConnectWise. This role focuses on expanding our partner base and bringing in new clients through strategic sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

→Approach and acquire new partners within your region or segment
→Build a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, business reviews, and relationship development
→Conduct 40–50 high-value outbound conversations per day when needed
→Follow our value-based and solution-selling approach
→Give demos, create business cases, and demonstrate clear ROI
→Negotiate prices, terms, and implementation
→Close deals that meet our margin and pricing standards
→Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Partner Success
→Coach and support colleagues when needed

Requirements

✓Bachelor or equivalent relevant work experience
✓6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in software, IT, or services
✓Proven experience with independently running complete sales cycles
✓Experience with outbound sales and pipeline building
✓Preferred: experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
