About the Role
We are looking for a performance-focused Director, Paid Media to lead paid acquisition across the US and International markets. This role owns paid media strategy, investment governance, and execution standards across paid channels, driving efficient customer acquisition and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the paid media strategy across US and International, aligned to company growth priorities and segment needs.
- →Translate growth priorities into channel plans, budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing guardrails.
- →Define and enforce execution standards for account structure, optimization approach, testing cadence, and measurement hygiene across channels.
- →Partner with Centres of Excellence to ensure paid plans integrate with priorities, creative systems, and measurement.
- →Lead weekly and monthly business rhythms: performance reviews, learnings, test backlog prioritisation, scale or stop decisions, and trade-off resolution.
- →Drive high-quality communication to senior stakeholders with clear narratives.
- →Lead and develop channel owners with clear accountability, coaching, and elevated execution standards.
- →Ensure strong agency collaboration where agencies are in place.
- →Directly manage agencies dedicated to supporting the paid media acquisition effort.
- →Be capable of stepping into accounts to troubleshoot pacing, diagnose performance issues, validate measurement integrity, and unblock execution when needed.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years in paid media / performance marketing with direct accountability for acquisition outcomes.
- ✓Multi-channel ownership across paid search, paid social, video, and familiarity with offline measurement concepts.
- ✓Strong commercial judgment on pacing and scaling.
- ✓Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence in a matrixed environment.
- ✓Proven people leadership and coaching capability.
