About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join Superhuman, the fastest email experience in the world. You will play a key role in crafting monetization experiences through new features and enhancements, helping to reshape how people work.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with cross-functional teams to craft monetization experiences through new features and enhancements
- →Define and shape end-to-end monetization workflows from early ideas to final implementation
- →Leverage customer insights to drive decisions aimed at improving conversion, upgrades, retention, and subscription management
- →Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs around pricing, plans, billing, and payments
- →Partner with product managers to set the vision for monetization initiatives and build a roadmap of projects
- →Engage with stakeholders to communicate design updates and gather feedback
- →Advise product and engineering teammates on monetization patterns and systems
- →Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and finance to improve processes and deliver monetization features
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of relevant experience in product design roles, with 3+ years designing growth or monetization-related product experiences
- ✓Demonstrated mastery of product design, including prototyping, visual and interaction design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- ✓Experience exploring new ideas and solutions across technology and user-centric design
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguity and validate hypotheses
- ✓Understanding of customer thinking and care for their journey
- ✓Excellent communication skills and ability to engage constructively in discussions
- ✓Experience partnering with diverse teams to achieve business results
- ✓Bias to action and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- ✓AI enthusiast with a passion for leveraging AI to enhance productivity and impact
