About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of dedicated software engineers on our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team at Constant Contact. This role involves delivering critical functionality for the company's biggest initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements
- ✓8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years of proven track record leading successful software teams in a data-driven environment
- ✓Experience working with other managers to drive execution and delivery of core functionality for SaaS products
- ✓Experience with technologies including Java, Go, React, AWS, CI/CI, Automated Testing, MySQL
- ✓SaaS experience and a track record of design and implementation for scaling large systems
- ✓Experience with real-time data streaming
- ✓Experience with Apache Flink and Kubernetes
- ✓Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban
