With a strong product-led culture and international customer base, weβre scaling rapidlyβand weβre looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and strategic visibility to our growing product organization.
What to Expect
β’ Drive operational excellence by optimizing product development workflows, team rituals, and cross-functional coordination
β’ Lead program execution for complex product operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery
β’ Improve tooling and automation by identifying, implementing, and maintaining systems that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
β’ Analyze reporting and metrics to generate insights and partner with Business Analysts on improvement initiatives
β’ Manage risks and dependencies by proactively identifying roadblocks and driving resolution across teams
β’ Develop training and enablement resources, including documentation and onboarding materials for product teams
β’ Facilitate cross-functional communication across product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success
β’ Advocate for product operations to increase alignment, transparency, and collaboration across the organization
β’ Collaborate globally with distributed teams across time zones and cultural contexts
β’ Step into a high-impact, visible role within a growing SaaS organization

What You Need to Be Successful
β’ 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
β’ Proven track record of leading and scaling operational processes in cross-functional product organizations
β’ Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Coupa, plus data/reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets)
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track operational KPIs
β’ Systems-thinking mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic perspective
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
β’ Experience working with globally distributed teams
β’ Familiarity with change management practices
β’ Exposure to technical domains (e.g., automation, AI/ML, personalization, analytics) is a plus
