Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing OS & Lead Generation Suite to own and scale one of the most critical product pillars at HighLevel. This leader will define the vision, strategy, and execution across our end-to-end lead generation and marketing operating system, ensuring our customers can attract, capture, nurture, and convert leads seamlessly.This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and platform strategy, and will oversee a broad and highly integrated portfolio of tools that power the full customer acquisition lifecycle.
Product Scope
You will lead strategy and execution across a comprehensive suite of products, including:
Lead Capture & Conversion: Funnels & Websites, Funnel AI, Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, QR Codes, Chat Widget, Countdown Timers, Funnel Widgets
Traffic & Acquisition: Digital Ads, SEO, AEO, GEO, Online Listings, Google Business Profile (GBP), Domains, URL Redirects
Engagement & Nurture: Email Marketing, Email AI, Social Planner, Blogs, Reputation Management, Notifications
Growth & Monetization: Affiliate Manager, Loyalty & Referral Programs
Brand & Content Systems: Template Library, Brand Boards, Media Storage, Webinar
Data, Analytics & Tracking: Dashboards, Reporting, Analytics, External Tracking
Emerging Experiences: Vibe and next-gen AI-driven marketing workflows
Key Responsibilities
1. Vision & Strategy
Define and own the long-term vision for HighLevelβs Marketing OS and Lead Generation ecosystem
Identify opportunities to unify fragmented tools into a cohesive, AI-powered growth platform
Drive product strategy that increases lead volume, conversion rates, and customer ROI
2. Product Leadership
Lead a group of product managers and cross-functional teams across multiple product lines
Ensure tight integration across all surfaces to deliver a seamless user experience
Prioritize investments across a large surface area with clear ROI and customer impact
3. Growth & Monetization
Partner with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to drive:
Adoption of core lead gen tools
Expansion revenue across the suite
Measurable improvements in customer acquisition performance
Develop packaging and positioning strategies for bundled and standalone offerings
4. AI & Automation Innovation
Embed AI across the ecosystem (Email AI, Funnels AI, Vibe, etc.) to create autonomous marketing workflows
Lead the transition from tools β intelligent systems that execute for the customer
5. Platform & Ecosystem Thinking
Ensure all products operate as part of a unified Marketing OS, not standalone features
Drive extensibility through APIs, integrations, and ecosystem partnerships
Collaborate with other platform leaders (CRM, Payments, Conversations, etc.)
6. Data & Performance Ownership
Establish and track core metrics:
Lead generation volume & quality
Conversion rates across funnels
Campaign performance (ads, email, SEO)
Customer ROI and LTV impact
Build feedback loops using analytics and reporting to continuously optimize performance
7. Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support
Align stakeholders around roadmap priorities and platform direction
Act as a key executive voice for this product pillar internally and externally
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product management, growth, or marketing technology
Proven track record leading large, complex product portfolios or platforms
Deep expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and conversion systems
Experience with tools such as:
Funnels / landing pages
Paid ads platforms
Email marketing & automation
SEO / local SEO
Strong understanding of SMB and agency needs (preferred)
Experience integrating or building AI-driven product experiences
Demonstrated ability to lead senior ICs and managers across multiple teams
Highly data-driven with strong business and monetization acumen

HighLevel becomes the default Marketing OS for agencies and SMBs
Customers can launch and optimize end-to-end lead generation systems in minutes
Significant increases in:
Lead volume generated through the platform
Conversion rates across funnels and campaigns
