About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in Japan. This role focuses on expanding our presence within large Japanese enterprises, working closely with C-level executives to drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strategize and execute plans to acquire and expand relationships with large enterprise customers in Japan
- →Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, business leaders)
- →Navigate long, complex sales cycles and manage enterprise procurement processes
- →Use account-based selling strategies to develop personalized solutions
- →Ensure alignment with the broader team by collaborating with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success
- →Use Salesforce to track and manage pipeline health
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- ✓Extensive experience working with C-level executives
- ✓Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and procurement processes
- ✓Account-based selling experience
- ✓Native-level Japanese proficiency and knowledge of Japanese business customs
