About the Role
We are seeking an Application Engineer to support our Conveyor Products division. This role involves implementing strategic initiatives while providing on-site support and troubleshooting for our main customer in Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
- →Initiate and supervise implementation of Application Engineering activities for customer projects, technical changes, and quality improvements
- →Conduct field inspections, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for Conveyor Products
- →Safeguard quality standards and customer care commitments
- →Develop and execute segment strategy with responsibility for team deployment
- →Analyze market and technology trends to provide input to business strategies
- →Align with Product Development and Product Management teams on regional requirements
- →Attend strategic meetings with customers and conferences to provide technical input
- →Select and recommend appropriate product specifications for applications
Requirements
- ✓Experience in application engineering or related field
- ✓Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- ✓Knowledge of quality standards and guidelines
- ✓Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- ✓Experience with conveyor systems or similar products
