About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing IT incidents, requests, and access provisioning across ContiTech locations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues reported by end-users
- →Monitor and manage escalated requests to ensure timely fulfillment
- →Review and fulfill IT-access related requests for new hires and existing users
- →Terminate IT access for resigned or terminated end-users
- →Actively monitor high severity incidents and provide regular updates
- →Report discrepancies in knowledgebase articles
- →Assist in creating and updating knowledgebase articles
- →Participate in IT projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of IT incident management
- ✓Experience with request tracking and fulfillment processes
- ✓Knowledge of access provisioning and termination procedures
- ✓Ability to monitor and escalate high severity incidents
- ✓Familiarity with knowledgebase management
- ✓Experience with IT projects and ad-hoc tasks
