About the Role
The Infrastructure Contract & License Manager is responsible for overseeing all contracts and licenses related to physical IT assets, datacenter hosting, infrastructure/platform services, and telecommunication and network infrastructure. This role ensures that contracts are professionally customized, reviewed, monitored, and continuously aligned with business, technical, and financial needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for hardware, infrastructure services, and telecommunications
- →Prepare all necessary contract documentation for formal negotiation and signing
- →Coordinate with stakeholders from IT, Legal, Finance, Security, and Procurement
- →Maintain a consistent standard of contract quality across ContiTech
- →Ensure contract terms support hardware lifecycle alignment
- →Identify contractual risks and support mitigation
- →Track renewals, pricing conditions, and cost drivers
- →Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations
- →Maintain accurate license records and manage license keys
- →Plan and budget for the IT License Management Portfolio
- →Provide consultancy on license models and optimization
Requirements
