About the Role
We are seeking an OEM Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for Industrial Solutions and Off-Highway Verticals in the CES Americas division. This role involves managing existing customer relationships while driving new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage all ongoing business requirements for existing customers across the full product portfolio
- →Drive new growth opportunities with both existing and new customers
- →Lead customer interface and all customer-related activities
- →Achieve sales and margin targets with a focus on year-over-year profitable growth
- →Develop new business and strategic initiatives with targeted customers and industries
- →Serve as a critical internal and external liaison, representing customer needs
- →Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in OEM sales, preferably in industrial solutions or off-highway verticals
- ✓Strong understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics
