In unserer großen Personalabteilung "HR Tires" für den Standort in Hannover-Stöcken bieten wir die spannende Möglichkeit, im Rahmen eines (Pflicht-)Praktikums die tägliche Arbeit unserer HR-Abteilung vor Ort intensiv kennenzulernen. Das Praktikum startet im Juni 2026 und umfasst einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten. Eine Kombination aus freiwilligem und verpflichtendem Praktikum ist möglich. Teilweise sind Remote-Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache möglich.
Neben der hauptsächlichen Aufgabe in der Einstellung und Betreuung der Studierenden am Standort, bieten sich auch weitere Möglichkeiten verschiedene Personalprozesse kennenzulernen.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören:
• Mitarbeit im lokalen Students Management
• Kommunikation mit Studierenden in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Ausschreibung von Stellen für Studierende
• Planung und Durchführung von Networking-Events
• Unterstützung im gesamten Einstellungsprozess
• Austausch mit dem HR-Team sowie Fachbereichen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Organisation der monatlichen Welcome-Events
• Betreuung & Beratung der Studierenden vor Ort
• Einblicke in alle Bereiche der HR-Abteilung (HR BP, Specialists, HR Operations, Recruiting)
