About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Operations professional to manage various customers within a defined territory for Conveyor solutions. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders and supporting the sales process from quote to cash.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage Sales Operations for Conveyor solutions with responsibility for various customers within a defined territory
- →Interface with external and internal stakeholders for all quote-to-order and order-to-cash related tasks
- →Coordinate the quotation process for designated customers in alignment with Vertical Sales
- →Conduct regular direct customer dialogues to investigate satisfaction and develop the customer journey
- →Coordinate customer master data
- →Administer contracts and agreements with customers
- →Contribute to commercial excellence by supporting harmonization and standardization of tools and processes
- →Safeguard quality guidelines and customer care commitments
- →Promote and drive customer centricity within the Sales Operations Department
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Sales Operations or a related field
- ✓Strong communication and coordination skills
- ✓Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- ✓Knowledge of CRM tools and processes
