Key Responsibilities
- →Define, refine, and document product features in collaboration with UI/UX designers
- →Prioritize the product backlog to ensure visibility and clarity for the Development Team
- →Define Story Acceptance Criteria and support decomposition of requirements
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and make data-driven decisions
- →Drive development by working with the team on planning, delivery scope, estimations, and iteration goals
- →Develop a vision and strategy for the product
- →Coordinate content dependencies with other Agile Teams when required
- →Accept stories as done, validating they meet acceptance criteria
- →Evaluate and control product quality to ensure continuous improvement
- →Participate in Team demos, system demos, inspect and adapt workshops, and retrospective meetings
- →Coordinate data protection compliance and cybersecurity of the application
- →Ensure product performance using data analytics
- →Prepare Program increments for the development team
- →Communicate the current status of the Agile Team internally and externally
- →Align with the Product Management Team to plan, deliver, and launch the product
- →Manage stakeholders effectively
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Experience in defining product features and acceptance criteria
- ✓Ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog effectively
- ✓Knowledge of data analytics and performance evaluation
- ✓Experience in coordinating dependencies and cross-functional collaboration
- ✓Understanding of data protection compliance and cybersecurity principles
- ✓Ability to develop a product vision and strategy
- ✓Experience in preparing Program increments and managing stakeholder relationships
