Conveo is seeking its first Staff Product Designer to shape the future of AI-native research tools. This is a unique opportunity to define product design from the ground up and influence an entire product category.
Key Responsibilities

- →Design, prototype, and test new AI-powered workflows for research
- →Shape the future of AI-assisted research tools with innovative interaction models
- →Turn ambiguous problems into concrete products from vision to launch
- →Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership on strategy and execution
- →Craft high-quality UI and interaction design setting design excellence standards
- →Lead design reviews and contribute to a strong feedback culture
- →Establish design system foundations as Conveo’s first designer
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of product design experience at tech companies or startups
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and end-to-end product thinking
- ✓Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to shape product direction
- ✓Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and stakeholder inputs
- ✓Skill at communicating design decisions clearly across disciplines
- ✓Strong ability to influence product strategy and raise the design bar
- ✓Comfort presenting work to company leadership
- ✓Experience with ambiguous, complex problems across product areas
