About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join Convera in Hong Kong. This role focuses on providing best-in-class customer service to clients, particularly universities that use our products for international student tuition fee collection.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver friendly and professional service to customers through inbound, outbound and eService channels
- →Quickly identify and solve diverse problems on the spot
- →Evaluate processes and devise improvements
- →Drive first contact resolution while identifying barriers to excellent service
- →Support leadership with delivering Management Information, regulatory reporting, and analytical reporting
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 1 year of related experience providing customer service by phone & email
- ✓Good Mandarin, Cantonese and English language skills
- ✓Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- ✓Strong problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- ✓Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and processes
- ✓Good knowledge of MS applications
