About the Role
We are looking for an Account Representative to join Convera, the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world. This role focuses on managing relationships with key clients in the Financial Institution sector and driving revenue growth through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
- →Confirm current value proposition and determine key next steps to either reinforce or expand offering
- →Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through cross- and upselling initiatives
- →Monitor and achieve quarterly retention targets
- →Utilize accurate sales forecasting techniques to reflect forward customer revenue potential
- →Identify clients at risk and build appropriate escalation points
- →Share leading practices and client trends with the team
- →Maintain current knowledge of client sector or vertical and attend industry events
- →Form discrete plans to foster adoption of FX risk solutions
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated success in an Account Management role, preferably in financial services or fintech
- ✓Experience managing relationships with existing client accounts
- ✓Strong understanding of consultative sales principles and executive corporate level negotiations
- ✓Financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns
- ✓Strong business-to-business and solutions sales experience
- ✓Excellent communication/presentation skills across all media
- ✓Proven experience working within and selling into multinational global organizations
