About the Team:
You will be a key leader within the B2B Marketing team, working in lockstep with Sales, Operations, and Culinary. We are a "boots on the ground" group that values high-stakes execution and hospitality. Our team moves fast to launch new markets and close enterprise contracts; we rely on each other to be proactive, autonomous, and obsessively organized. In this role, you aren't just a support functionโyou are a strategic partner in driving revenue through physical experiences.
The Role:
As the Event Marketing Manager, you are the face of CookUnity Business. This is an "Operator-First" ownership role. You will design and lead our presence at everything from 5,000-person national healthcare summits to intimate, 10-person "Chefโs Table" dinners for C-suite executives. You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of an event: from initial regional research and contract negotiation to on-site logistics and post-event lead conversion. You are part logistical mastermind, part charismatic host, and 100% focused on ROI.
Responsibilities:
โข Major Conferences: Research, book, and execute our presence at national trade shows (e.g., HLTH, SHRM, ViVE). Own the booth design, union labor, shipping, and high-volume food sampling.
โข Regional "Ground Game": Conduct deep-dive research into local HR chapters and healthcare coalitions in our hub cities (NYC, LA, Chicago, Austin, etc.) to build a calendar of high-impact regional activations.
โข VIP Lead Gen: Design and host white-glove "Closer" events, such as executive roundtables and private dinners, to accelerate late-stage enterprise deals.
โข Smart-Fridge Launches: Lead "Day 1" office takeovers for new Fraรฎche installations, designing the experience to drive maximum app adoption and immediate fridge utilization.
โข Partner & Member Support: Coordinate localized "Wellness Days" for corporate partners and support health plan member events to drive awareness of meal benefits.
โข Performance Tracking: Partner with Sales to manage the lead-capture process and produce ROI reports that prove the value of every dollar spent in the field.
Qualifications:
โข 4โ8 years in B2B Event Marketing, Experiential Marketing, or Trade Show Operations.
โข Logistical Mastery: Proven experience managing complex event logistics, including vendor negotiations, budgets, and shipping timelines.
โข ROI Mindset: A track record of using events to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and drive measurable business growth.
โข Hospitality Excellence: Ability to represent a premium culinary brand and interact comfortably with C-suite executives and clinical leaders.
โข Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel to major U.S. hubs and conferences as the lead on-site operator.
โข Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across Culinary, Ops, and Sales teams.
Preferred Requirements:
โข Experience in the Healthcare, HR-Tech, or Food-Tech industries.
โข Familiarity with Salesforce for lead tracking and post-event reporting.
โข Experience managing events in union-led convention centers and major hotel circuits.
โข A passion for the culinary world and an understanding of food safety/service standards.

Compensation
All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
