About the Role

CookUnity is seeking a Culinary Operations Manager to provide operational oversight and leadership to a growing team. This role will partner with the Market Director and Operations Manager to grow the business and ensure food safety and quality across the production process.

Key Responsibilities

→Deliver strategic operational leadership across all aspects of Kitchen operations
→Manage, coach, and motivate a team of associates and supervisors
→Lead growth and development of direct team including performance management
→Maintain a work environment that guarantees food and team safety
→Collaborate with chefs on new menu items and ensure recipe accuracy
→Ensure consistent outcomes in food production through robust systems
→Support the deployment of robotics and new technologies
→Ensure high-quality food that meets CookUnity’s standards

Requirements

✓4+ years of leadership experience in Food Manufacturing and/or High Volume Commercial Kitchen
✓Conversational Spanish skills
✓Availability to work during weekends, holidays, and onsite
✓In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
✓FoodServe Manager License
✓Proficiency with Google apps
✓Experience working with local, sustainable, and organic ingredients
✓Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
