About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join Corelight, a leading network detection and response platform. You will serve as the primary bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our strategic global customers, helping them harness the full power of Zeek and Suricata to defend their mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish and cultivate deep technical and executive relationships within strategic accounts
- →Partner with Sales teams to confirm the value of Corelight products
- →Work hands-on with customers to operationalize new features and develop custom scripts
- →Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by coordinating with Engineering and Product Management
- →Guide customers through post-sales milestones
- →Perform expert-level configuration, troubleshooting, and technical demonstrations
- →Maintain documentation of customer health and communication strategies
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in a hands-on technical role such as security engineering or network operations
- ✓Subject matter expertise in network security, incident response, and threat hunting
- ✓Advanced understanding of network protocols and expert-level experience with packet analysis tools
- ✓BS/BA or equivalent in a relevant field
- ✓Exceptional business writing and presentation skills
- ✓Willingness and ability to travel, including international assignments
- ✓Professional or expert-level security certifications are highly desirable
