To learn more, visit www.cority.com.  About the Role: Cority is building the next generation of AI-powered EHS software, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us scale it right. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll work daily alongside engineering to drive delivery, write user stories, manage priorities, and keep the team moving. You'll own the day-to-day product operations for Cority's AI platform — the foundation that powers how AI gets built and deployed across our product suite. You bring strong senior PM instincts, a track record of working closely with engineering teams, and enough familiarity with AI to hold your own in technical conversations and make informed decisions. You don't need to be an AI researcher — but you need to have worked on AI products before and understand what makes them different to build and ship. What You'll Own: • Day-to-Day Delivery — Work hands-on with engineering to write user stories, manage backlog, drive sprint execution, and remove blockers. This is where most of your time goes. • AI Platform Roadmap — Own and prioritize the roadmap for Cority's AI platform in partnership with engineering and the key stakeholders across value chain. Translate strategy into executable plans. • Stakeholder Coordination — Be the connective tissue between engineering, product teams, and leadership. Keep everyone aligned, communicate progress clearly, and flag issues early. • Trust and Governance — Champion trust, security, and data governance as foundational platform requirements. Work with engineering to ensure these are built in, not bolted on. • Agile Execution — Own the tools and processes that keep the team running — Aha, Jira, sprint planning, and delivery tracking. • Use Case Partnership — Work alongside domain PMs to ensure platform capabilities meet real product needs and use cases ship on time. What We're Looking For: Senior PM Experience • 10+ years in product management, with a strong track record of working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment • Proven ability to write clear user stories, manage complex backlogs, and drive delivery in fast-moving environments • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable working across engineering, product, and executive audiences • Experience owning platform or infrastructure products is a plus AI Product Experience • Experience working on AI or ML products in a production environment — you understand what makes AI products different to build, test, and ship • Has taken AI features from concept through production and owned them post-launch — improving quality, responding to failures, and iterating based on real-world signal • Experience operationalizing agentic systems in production, managing failure modes and the complexity that comes with multi-agent workflows • Has owned observability and evaluation for AI products in production — defining what good looks like, tracking it over time, and using signal to drive improvement • Treats security, safety guardrails, data governance, and trust as foundational design decisions from day one • Hands-on experience with AI development frameworks or tooling is a strong plus Tools and Process • Proficient with Aha and Jira or equivalent product and project management tools • Experienced running agile ceremonies and keeping engineering teams on track Nice To Have: • Experience in enterprise SaaS or regulated industries such as EHS, healthcare, or finance • Familiarity with responsible AI, model governance, or AI risk frameworks • Background in software engineering, data engineering, Hands-on AI/ML WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? ·       An opportunity to work in a values-driven, performance oriented, dynamic and growth focused culture ·       We support a remote working environment with a one-time home office allowance and subsidized monthly internet allowance ·       Competitive health benefits, dental plans, and retirement savings plan (RRSP, 401K plan etc.) ·       Annual fitness allowance ·       Mental health support provided through access to Calm Premium meditation app and access to Talkspace ·       Access to Udemy, internal training programs, annual training allowance and certifications (if applicable), and High Talent Programs   Cority is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
